1 Scope of Services

1.1 We provide product display of mini excavators, skid steer loaders, TGC lawn mowers, TLC land clearers, quick attachments, online quotation, distributor application, aftersales consultation, spare parts order and business connection for global B2B buyers, farms and construction contractors.

1.2 All specs, images and online quotes are reference only. Price and configuration adjust with raw material cost, exchange rate and customization. Final deal subject to signed Proforma Invoice (PI).

2 User Usage Rules

2.1 It is forbidden to submit fake company documents for malicious inquiry or harass customer service. Mass crawling for competing commercial use is prohibited. Small screenshots for internal purchase are allowed.

2.2 Overseas buyers shall hold valid import qualifications of destination countries. All import duties and certifications shall be applied and paid by buyers.

3 Order & Transaction Terms

3.1 Online quotation valid for 30 calendar days; price recalculation required after expiry.

3.2 T/T wire transfer and irrevocable L/C are acceptable; payment follows PI terms.

3.3 Custom configuration available for Europe, America and Australia terrain. No refund or cancellation after customized production unless manufacturing defects exist.

3.4 FOB Qingdao/Shanghai/Ningbo. Ocean freight and destination charges borne by buyer. Seller not liable for force majeure delivery delay.

4 Intellectual Property Rights

All website images, texts, drawings, logos and trademarks SDTC/TGC/TLC belong to our IP. Commercial usage without written authorization is forbidden. Authorized distributors may use materials legally for promotion. Counterfeit branding is prohibited.

5 Warranty & After-sales Service

5.1 Main machine standard warranty: 12 months. Wearing parts (tracks, tires, blades, filters, hoses) excluded from free warranty, original spare parts purchasable.

5.2 Damage caused by unauthorized modification, overload or human accident is out of warranty. Lithium and remote machine warranty follows special agreement.

5.3 English service manual and remote video support provided. Buyer covers travel and labor cost for overseas on-site repair.

6 Disclaimer

Buyer takes losses caused by wrong documents, destination policy change and customs detention. CE/RCM certification available with extra cost. Buyer responsible for customs clearance failure without certifications.

7 Service Suspension

IP block available for fake inquiry, forged info and abusive messages. Distributors will have cooperation terminated for transshipping and counterfeit sales.

8 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Governed by laws of People's Republic of China. Disputes solved by negotiation first; litigation submitted to court of [Company Location] if negotiation fails.

9 Clause Update

We may revise terms anytime with online announcement. Continued website use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
